Bookings (consultation, coaching or training) by Expert Training Solutions or Denise Snook Consultancy

1. These Terms and Conditions shall govern and apply to all bookings confirmed by email to Expert Training Solutions or Denise Snook Consultancy by any individual or organisation.

2. These terms and conditions shall apply in place of, and prevail over, any terms and conditions contained or referred to in any documentation submitted by the Buyer unless specifically excluded or varied in writing by a director or other authorised representative of Expert Training Solutions or Denise Snook Consultancy.

3. An email will be the only acceptable method to confirm any type of booking.

4. Full payment for any type of booking must be received no later than 28 days after the date of the booking.

5. Cancellation of any type of booking by an individual or organisation following confirmation of the booking will attract the following charges based on time prior to booking commencement date:

• Cancellation exceeding 30 days: No Fee

• Cancellation between 30 – 14 days: 25% of full fee

• Cancellation between 13 -7 days: 50% of full fee

• Cancellation less than 7 days: Full fee retained.

6. Expert Training Solutions and Denise Snook Consultancy reserve the right to cancel, postpone or re-arrange any booking of any type. If this unlikely event occurs Expert Training Solutions or Denise Snook Consultancy will provide as much notice as possible.
